I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. When I was a sophomore in high school I took a broadcast journalism class. I always thought I wanted to be in front of the camera, but I quickly learned I really liked the creative part of being behind the camera and editing the final piece. After high school, I wanted to learn more about film production.
I moved to Denver and attended the Colorado Film School. It was a great fit for me. I learned so much about all of the different parts of producing a film... from the business side of working within budgets and managing timelines to the creative side of writing scripts, camera angles, lights, and editing. I’m grateful for the experience and I graduated in December 2018.
Since graduation, I have worked with various production companies strengthening my skills.

Best Travel Memory:
My brother and I decided to take a last minute road trip to the Grand Canyon. We didn’t have any plans where we wanted to go, but that didn’t matter! We both just wanted to see something we had never seen before. It was the most random, but also the most thrilling travel experience I could have ever imagined.

Having three films I worked on being shown in my home town at the Kansas City Film Festival.
