Builder Funnel x JobTread Connect 2026 Giveaway – Official Rules

Sponsor:

The giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Builder Funnel, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 1586 S. 21st Street, Suite 100, Colorado Springs, CO 80904.

1. Eligibility

Open only to owners or authorized decision-makers of home remodeling companies, custom home builders, and similar home service contractors.

Entrants must:

• Be eighteen (18) years of age or older;

• Be legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island); and

• Be registered attendees physically present at JobTread Connect 2026 in Dallas, Texas on Friday, January 16, 2026.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Sponsor, JobTread, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter or win.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. local time at the event location (Central Time) and ends on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. noon local time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received before the start or after the end of the Promotion Period are void.

3. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter as follows:
A. Base Entry
Complete the online entry form in full by scanning the QR code provided (including the QR code on the Builder Funnel puck in your welcome bag) during the conference. Upon successful submission of the completed entry form, you will receive one (1) base entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
Limit one (1) base entry per person.
B. Bonus Entries (Optional)
Entrants may earn additional, optional bonus entries during the Promotion Period by engaging in the following activities:

• Plinko Puck at the Booth:

•  Bring your Builder Funnel puck to the Builder Funnel booth and drop it into the Plinko board to receive one (1) bonus entry.

• Attend Spencer Powell’s Speaking Session(s):

•  Attend either (or both) of Spencer Powell’s speaking sessions at JobTread Connect 2026 to receive up to three (3) bonus entries total (three entries maximum, regardless of whether you attend one or more sessions).

• Bring a Remodeler Friend to the Booth:

•  Bring another eligible remodeler or builder to the Builder Funnel booth, and have them complete the entry form. When they identify you as the person who referred them, you will receive three (3) bonus entries (limit of one such referral credit per entrant).

• Social Media Photo & Tag:

•  Take a photo with the Builder Funnel team at the booth and post it on a public social media profile during the Promotion Period, tagging @BuilderFunnel (or the handle specified at the booth). Provide proof of your post to the booth staff (e.g., by showing the post on your device) to receive five (5) bonus entries.

Maximum total entries per person (base + bonus): ten (10).

Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void.
No purchase or payment of any kind is required for any entry or bonus entry. Bonus entry activities are entirely optional.

4. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries (including base and bonus entries) received from all entrants during the Promotion Period.

5. Prize

Grand Prize (1 winner):
One (1) free year of marketing services consisting of:

• Builder Funnel’s $15,000 Ultimate Digital Marketing System onboarding package; and

• Ten (10) months of a $3,500/month retainer.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $50,000.
The prize is in the form of service credits only, with no cash value. No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned or sold.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about 2:00 p.m. local time (Central Time) on Friday, January 16, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner.

The potential winner will be announced live at the Builder Funnel booth at JobTread Connect 2026.

• You must be physically present at JobTread Connect 2026 at the time of the drawing to win.

• If the selected entrant is not present, cannot be located within a reasonable period of time, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among remaining eligible entries. This process may continue until a qualifying winner is confirmed or Sponsor elects to end the Promotion without awarding the prize.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the selection of the winner and the interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.

7. Prize Conditions & Deadlines (Grand Prize)

The Grand Prize winner must:

1. Execute Sponsor’s standard service agreement on or before March 31, 2026; and

2. Choose a kickoff month for services scheduled between the date of winning and June 30, 2026.

If the winner fails to execute the service agreement by March 31, 2026, or fails to schedule the kickoff month by June 30, 2026, Sponsor may deem the prize forfeited, with no further obligation to the winner and no alternative prize.

All services will be delivered in accordance with Sponsor’s standard terms and conditions and subject to Sponsor’s capacity and scheduling availability.

8. Optional Builder Funnel Scholarship Offer (Not a Sweepstakes Prize)

Separately from, and not as part of, the Promotion prize, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, extend a promotional “Scholarship” offer to certain entrants who:

1. Complete a free Framework Call with Sponsor; and

2. Are accepted into Builder Funnel services pursuant to Sponsor’s normal client qualification process.

Such a Scholarship offer may include, for example, a free tier-up on a qualifying retainer package for the first twelve (12) months (up to an approximate value of $30,000, depending on package selection), conditioned on the entrant:

• Purchasing Builder Funnel’s $15,000 onboarding package; and

• Purchasing at least a $3,500/month or $5,000/month retainer.

This Scholarship is:

• Not awarded by random drawing;

• Not part of the Grand Prize; and

• Does require purchase of services.

No purchase or Framework Call is required to enter or win the Grand Prize in this Promotion.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize that are not expressly described in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or any other tax reporting form as required by law) to the winner for the ARV of the prize, using the winner’s provided taxpayer identification information, as required by applicable law.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, company name, likeness, and testimonial for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any and all media, worldwide, now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation or approval, where permitted by law.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, JobTread, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to:

• Personal injury, death, or property damage;

• Claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or

• Technical or mechanical errors, unauthorized human intervention, or printing errors.

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Promotion or any prize.

12. General Conditions

The Promotion is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; and/or

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor.

If the Promotion is terminated before the scheduled end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the date of termination to award the Grand Prize, or elect not to award the prize.

13. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado. Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
